Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 10- x- 15-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl; set aside.
Beat butter and sugars in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, with the mixer running on low speed until combined, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
Slowly beat in flour mixture on low speed until well combined, making sure not to over mix the batter.
Remove the bowl from the stand, and fold in candy. Spread batter into prepared pan; bake 30 minutes or until sides are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cut into bars.
